GUEST HOUSE

• The luxury 16-bedroom Guest House has 6 ultra large suites downstairs and 10 large suites upstairs. The suites  range in size from 42m² to 105M² in size, including walk-in closet, en-suite bathrooms and balconies.  Some of the suites have double bathroom, including double sink, shower, bath and tv in the bathroom.  There is a very large lounge downstairs that is 105m² in size, with a fish tank, feature wall, large windows all around providing amazing views of the Resort and a large dining area.  There is also a large 336m² swimming pool, outside 400m² barbeque area, sauna, cinema room, games room and office.  The Guest House will act as an Annex, or overflow, from the Main Hotel.

• The Showroom Suite shows an example of the style of the luxury 5-star bedrooms within the Guest House (Hotel Annex).  This room has been built, designed and decorated, and is already being used as a Showroom.  There is a king size bed, large windows all around, providing fantastic views of the Resort.  There is a large sitting area, with sofa and large 73-inch TV, large walk-in wardrobe area, bathroom with double-sink, double shower and a jacuzzi bath in the en-suite bathroom, which also benefits from automated privacy smart glass windows to prevent people seeing in. This is typical of the 6 ultra large downstair bedrooms.
