The Hotel project

• Two Luxury 5-star Hotels, witth luxury rooms and suites,  managed by one of the world's leading hotel management companies.  It is a luxury Eco-Resort in Buzios, Brazil, positioned on the Main Road through the business/office area of the city.  It is positioned within a short drive of all 23 beaches in the city and it is thought it will provide the best facilities within the city.  There will be 45 large luxury rooms and 55 luxury suites available for future guests.   

• There are 45 large luxury rooms available to future guests.  These are within a Luxury   5-star hotels.  The large rooms have a 60m² bedroom, en-suite bathroom and balcony.  All of these rooms will have a stunning view over the 4,000m² beach-effect swimming pool and the whole Resort. 

• There are 55 large Luxury Suites available to future guests.  These are within a luxury   5-star hotel.  The suites vary from 85m² to 120m², including bedroom, en-suite bathroom and balcony.  All of these suites will have a stunning view over the 4,000m² beach-effect swimming pool and the whole Resort. 

• There are 2 restaurants with 300 seats and a breakfast buffet within the 2 Main Hotels, that has seating both inside and outside overlooking the fountains and swimming pool. These are very sophisticated Michelin-star quality restaurants, to cater for guests in the whole of the 100-rooma of the main hotels.

• There is a lovely internal outdoor swimming pool, with a footbridge and surrounded by decking and sun lounges.  This swimming pool is open to all guests of the hotel.
