Bruna is an expert at project management and negotiation and her construction experience is recognized amongst senior builders and engineers, where she is very respected as a Builder Manager on site. She has created a successful portfolio of luxury properties in the last few years and is dedicated to her work. Her previous projects have given her an unrivalled knowledge of the structural stages, project design, calculating of structural frames and budgeting. She has become an expert at negotiation, contract leasing, introducing health and safety procedures, planning, and introducing local building regulations. Bruna is often asked by builders to verify calculations given to them by experienced Resort Engineers, even after a 12-hour day on site.  

Bruna is a Brazilian national who was brought up in Cabo Frio, Brazil, only 8-miles away from Buzios Green Park Resort, on the Rio de Janeiro Sunshine Coast, where she has unequalled knowledge of the area and essential contacts. She studied, and qualified with Credit, in Sustainable Construction Management at the University of Cambridge, in the UK, having previously worked in the investment world at Banco Bradesco, which gave her an invaluable understanding of investment. Bruna is not afraid to roll her sleeves up if work needs to be done. Her ability to engage people in her vision is noticed among Ambassadors, Senior Politicians, Town Planners to the builders and construction work on site. 

James is Finance and Sales Director of WB Brazil Enterprises Ltd and WB Brazil Empreedimentos Ltda, in Brazil, as well as being Managing Director of First Investment Solutions Ltd, in London.  

James grew up in the UK, qualified with Honours in a BA Degree in Economics, before being employed by HSBC Bank, as a Banking Analyst for Standard Chartered, in Hong Kong, Seoul, Bangkok, and London, and as a Vice President at Citibank, where he oversaw the transfer of the Customer Service operations to Dublin, as part of a 14-year career in banking. During his time in Asia, James was responsible for structuring and opening the Standard Chartered Global Custody operations in both Seoul and Taipei. For the last 11 years, James has become a respected expert in property investments and alternative investments, including loan notes and FX, working his way up from Senior Consultant to Director during this time.  

James is an expert in investment, sales, marketing, administration and the finance areas of the business. When clients have queries regarding the Resort, investment and the legal process, James will always resolve the situation. He has also been a driving force in designing the client focus on the investment and making the Resort a success. He is also a part-qualified accountant. 

Ronan is employed as a Development & Construction Consultant within the business. He has over 30 years’ experience in construction and is Director of both Pontual Constructora Ltda and RT Imoveis. Through Pontual Constructora Ltda, which has been in business since 2001, he has experience of constructing over 20 buildings in Cabo Frio and the Region, including the Luz Do Brago (Phases 1 to 5), Barro Pero, Condominium Havana, Casa Do Portinho, Residencial Do Valle, Solar Flamboyant, Residencial Gomes De Sa, Solar Do Forte, Solar Praia Grande, and Solar das Palmeiras developments. Ronan is also very experienced in the management and sale of properties. 

We are extremely excited about his participation in the Resort construction as every project he has been involved with has sold out well before construction completion and has always been built to the highest quality. Ronan is very well known, and influential, in the construction business around Cabo Frio and Buzios and we have brought him into the business to take advantage of his vast experience in construction, his local contacts, and his experience in dealing with BNDES Credito Pequenas Empresas, who are the bank through which Brazilian government grants are which allocated to hotel and Resort developments. 

Having operated for over 5 years in this region, Impacto Consultoria E Solucoes Ambientais has been an amazing asset to us when it comes to consulting and recommending ideas related for our Resort.
