Two 5-star Hotels totalling 100 en-suite rooms managed by one of the world's leading hotel and resort management companies.  The  rooms vary in size from 40m² to 90m², including bathroom and balcony.  Facilities include 2 large restaurant, breakfast buffet, bars, well-equipped gym, sauna and spa, games and cinema rooms, tennis court and large gardens.  Hotels positioned overlooking the beautiful lake, near the Beach Club and Convention Centre.

This is a luxurious 16-bedroom guest house, and will be managed by one of the world's leading hotel and resort management companies.  The 16 bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and 6 have large walk-in closets.  They have shower and bath.  There is a large 100m² lounge, large dining area, cinema room and games room, sauna and 400m² outside barbeque area with large 336m² swimming pool. 

The luxury 5-star villas with 2, 3, 5 and 6-suite.  The inside is furnished to a very high standard.  There is a large hallway, 2 living rooms, dining room and are between 156m² and 760² interior size, with a beautifully landscaped garden, makingthe plots between 300m² and 1,000m².  There is a private swimming pool, water feature, barbeque and seating area outside and large covered garage that holds 2-4 cars.  These can sleep either between 6 and 12 people.

Consisting of a large 4,000m² beach-effect Beach Club swimming pool, spa with beauty rooms, well-equipped gym, tennis courts, multi-sport courts, cocktail bar and Ascot restaurant.

This will be available to villa owners, hotel guests and annual and daily members at a very competitive price.

The Commercial area has 14 restaurants/bars and a convenience store.  There will be Brazilian churrasco, Buzios, French, Italian, Fast Food, Japanese and Fish restaurants.  There will also be a wine and champagne bar and country bar, convenience store and office facilities.

The area will consist of a 3,200m² Conference hall that holds up to 3,000 people, a 12,000m² open festival area, a 350m² church and sale kiosks.

We will hold Christmas Festival, Jazz Festival, Weddings, New Year Party and Festival of June.

We will have a Ranch, where locals will be able to keep their houses, guests will be able to ride the horses, and we will hold an annual horse show.  The Annual Horse show will include show jumping and dressage competitions and displays, and we open to the public.

The Resort Joins Praia Caravelas Beach via a Private road/pathway running through our Resort from the Hotel and Villas, making us a beachfront resort.  We will have a snack & drinks bar in the area where the Resort joins the beach.
